We work from a psychodynamic perspective, also known as insight-oriented therapy. The goals of psychodynamic therapy are a client’s self-awareness and understanding of their internal conflicts and actions.
Depending on the case, we also use a Client-Centred approach, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychoeducation, as we understand that each individual is different and that the therapy technique should be according to the client’s needs. We support physical and mental wellbeing. Therefore, we work with you as a whole and help you explore other areas of your life that may have an impact on your overall wellbeing.
